Cot Valley
- West Penwith - Cornwall

Helen Jay and some of her recent pots

The influences on Helen's work are drawn from the environment in which she lives and works. Her pottery reflects the diversity and intensity of colour and shape which is unique to West Penwith. The vibrant colours change regularly according to her mood. Daily walks inspire different combinations.

The beautiful grounds of Cot Manor in the microclimate of Cot Valley is where you will find Helen's Studio and where her latest work is displayed and available for sale. Commissions are accepted for sets of mugs, cups, bowls and jugs. Also large bespoke platters and bowls can be made specially to suit colour schemes.

How to find us.
The pottery can be found one mile from St. Just. Take the B3306 towards the Airport and Sennen. Turn right at Kelynack Farm (sign Cot Manor), and follow the single track road  for just over half a mile. On a sharp hill,  just below the Youth Hostel are our white gates and the Cot Manor sign .

Her work is also for sale just up the road at the Cook Book in St. Just.
